    • 3rd Line support - Brighouse - up to £35,000 Position: 3rd line support Location: Brighouse Salary: upto £35,000 Objective As 3rd line support you will be the last port of call for any technical issues that come through the helpdesk that the first two lines of defence have been unable resolve. You will be also responsible for the technical delivery and to a certain extent project management of new and existing project work. A 3rd line support engineer should always be thinking long term fixes and not short term. A 3rd line engineer should be proactive and show very good time management skills. Key Tasks Responsible for troubleshooting any technical issues that have been escalated through the help desk.Visit clients sites as and when requiredGood time and project management skillsAbility to report at all levels in the chain of commandSee project work through from beginning to endInvestigate new and emerging technologiesProvide technical presalesGood report writing and presentational skillsLooks for areas of risk/ improvement within the firm and do something to address theseTrain other members of the team in all things technical Core skills Good project management skillsAdvanced understanding of Microsoft technologiesGeneral networking and hardware skills 3rd Line support - Brighouse - up to £35,000
