Job Description Accounts Administrator (Full-Time & Perm). Zenrec is recruiting on behalf of a car showroom for a Vehicle Accounts Administrator in Portadown. Job Role. • Answering telephone & general admin. • Vehicle administration function - invoicing vehicles, taxing cars, entering all costs against vehicles and producing monthly sales report. • Making up daily bank lodgement. • Processing of VW paperwork, to include consignment notes, invoices, bonus documentation and remittance advices. • Entering purchase invoices onto bought ledger. Essential Criteria:. • Must be educated to a minimum of GCSE level or equivalent including Maths and English. • At a minimum one (1) year experience within an Accounts Receivable/Credit department, including proven experience with payment resolution and cash application. • Experience of working in a fast paced environment with a high volume of transactions is essential. • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
