We are currently recruiting a talented and experienced Branch Manager who is ambitious and eager to influence and shape the growth of the businesses future. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Swansea branch, with a consultative approach to selling within the Industrial or Logistics temporary recruitment market sector. The role will primararily focus on achieving (and where possible exceeding) the annual budget for the branch they are responsible for, managing and coaching a team to retain and develop existing customer relationships as well as driving the sales strategy to deliver new business. Operating in a manner consistent with company values, policies and procedures and working to deliver the Company's long term vision and business goals. The Branch Manager is accountable for achieving the following performance standards: The branch achieves the monthly and annual budgets Client Service Levels - fulfilment of minimum of 95% The branch complies with all company policies and procedures - zero critical audit fails 100% compliance with current pricing policies and authorisation levels Training and development plans exist and are delivered to all branch staff Monthly targets and objectives are completed, with daily and weekly reviews to ensure all achieve Year on year growth in revenue streams and client base. To lead the sales process within the branch to present innovative solutions to clients which then deliver new business. To demonstrate awareness of social, economic, political and competitor trends which enable the branch to stay one step ahead of the current market. Be a team player, self-starter, with a positive attitude with a natural instinct. He/she uses behaviour and words, which demonstrates a positive, realistic, helpful approach to people at all times. Attitude is always keen to be positive such that he/she is perceived by others as enthusiastic, cheerful and determined. Appears confident and is seen as consistent in style. Appearance is always judged to be business-like and appropriate. Able to identify key aspects of work, prioritise and allocate appropriate amounts of time so that objectives are achieved by the deadlines and the individual is seen to be in control of time. Able to demonstrate a positive attitude to criticism and disappointment, by having seen to "bounce back", and grown through learning and experience. Presents to audiences in a clear, inspirational and confident manner so that messages are always understood. ESSENTIAL Ideally have experience in a fast-moving, dynamic, service-led organisation, having specific responsibility for service delivery and customer relationship management within a multi-site environment, and having specific responsibility for customer satisfaction and client retention Proven track record in resourcing in Industrial or high volume recruitment Gained a proven track record of managing different sized teams, through all stages of recruitment and selection to performance management and of managing a contract to profitability Proven track record of achieving smart objectives across a service-led business unit to include personal business and contract development Excellent IT literacy skills, experience of working with Microsoft packages including Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook DESIREABLE Experience of the industrial or logistics sector and or experience of working for, or with, a supplier of flexible workers would be an advantage.
