Networks of contacts outside of the UK, especially in common law jurisdictions, would be a particular advantage.   The successful applicant will carry out research, deliver research-led teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate level, and supervise master’s dissertations and PhD theses in Commercial Law (broadly defined). The School of Law has particular interests in:   •      Competition Law •      Finance •      Intellectual Property •      International Investment Law •      International Trade •      Sale of Goods •      Tax   Applications are particularly welcome from those with expertise in the international/global dimensions of these areas, especially in common law jurisdictions.
