    • JOB DUTIES : The Role: Our objective for the Student Loans Company inbound service is to support both student and parents alike through the application process for student finance throughout the academic year. As part of the three site delivery of Student Loans at Teleperformance, Newry is unique in that it delivers inbound customer service not only for Student Finance England but also for Student Finance Northern Ireland and Wales as well. Within our front line advice we deal with students applying for finance for the first time, returning students, parents who are sponsoring the students and a number of vulnerable groups of students who are applying for additional grants. We also advise on eligibility of each university or college course for funding from the SLC. OTHER INFO : Job is available on employers site until 30th June. SALARY INFO : £17,264 per annum.
