As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for managing the relationship with customers from the inception of their finance agreement through to its conclusion. The Role As a Customer Service Agent, you will take inbound calls from customers and be dealing with a wide range of queries including taking payments, complaints, change of address or assisting with any other finance plan related questions. You will also be making outbound collections calls chasing payments and discussing payment plans for customers who are having financial difficulties. This is a new team so would be a great time to join the business with lots of scope to progress and forge a long-term career with a great company. This role is a full-time role on a shift basis, Monday – Saturday between 08:00-20:00.
