DevOps Engineer - Contact - Oxford Location: Oxford Duration: 6 months Start date: Immediate Rate: £500 per day dependent on experience Computer Futures are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join a key client in Oxford. Our client is an Internet of Things Platform Company focused on developing digital health and environmental sensor networks that generate actionable insights to improve people's lives and deliver value to business and government customers. You'll be part of a technical expert's network who design and implement the continuous delivery platforms, to design and build IT systems for a broad range of clients. We're looking for; * Good knowledge and experience working with G Cloud, AWS, Azure * Experience with Docker and container based infrastructure best practices * Ansible expertise * Experience of networks, security, load balancers, DNS and other infrastructure components Responsibilities; * Being responsible for overseeing external and cloud infrastructure as well as enterprise deployments for Windows/IIS and Linux/Apache environments. * To work as part of a team to ensure 24/7 managed services availability for strategic customers. This will be achieved by being part of a team that covers the out of hours support rota. * To work on projects as required such as upgrading software, hardware, servers and network infrastructure as required.
