    • PTGI International Carrier Services Ltd (“PTGi-ICS”) PTGi-ICS operates an extensive network of direct routes. We provide premium voice communication services for National Telecom operators, Mobile operators, Wholesale carriers, Prepaid operators, VARS & VOIP service operators. PTGi-ICS provides a quality service via direct routes & by forming strong relationships with carefully selected partners. We are recruiting a Director of Sales – Europe/CIS. The role is based in London but covers two very large regions and significant travel is required for this role. In particular, travel is required to Russia and the CIS as some of the company’s key clients are based in that region and the role is tasked with expanding the company’s client base in both Europe and the CIS.   Duties and Responsibilities •Identify and pursue prospects and sales opportunities for ICS's wholesale portfolio of products and services in European and CIS markets. •Maintain and grow business with existing European and CIS customers utilizing full set of PTGi products and identify ongoing opportunities to increase revenue and margin contribution. •Develop leads and bring/sign up new customers in Europe and CIS markets. •Develop regional supply for company needs, grow traffic on regional markets •Support customers/suppliers in day to day operations, assist with issues raised with other internal departments •Track customers' daily revenue and margin; provide business case calculations and forecasts. •Assist with order-entry, fulfillment and account maintenance. •Interface on behalf of customer to handle any issues relating to other internal departments. •Proactively establish and manage accounts, carrier bi-laterals and SWAP deals. •Submit status report for account management and sales pipeline as requested •Evaluate and assist in regional planning, suggesting new business ideas for ICS that will drive increased sales & margin.  •Motivating staff and leading the team to achieve sales targets. •Interviewing and selecting new members of the sales team. •Other duties as may be assigned.   Skills, Experience and Qualifications  •Significant previous experience working in the global communications industry. •Significant previous experience working within a senior sales position.  •Experience of sales within Europe and the CIS. •Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in related field or equivalent. •Fluent communication in both the English and the Russian languages is an essential requirement of the job given the nature of our clients and the regional responsibilities of this role. •Ability to travel domestically and internationally – approximately 20% travel. •Excellent communication skills Salary: £60,000 p/a Closing date: 5 February 2017
