    • Our client is a community-based social enterprise providing a range of housing related support services in North Somerset. They are currently recruiting for a Community Engagement Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to join their team who devise, coordinate, promote and manage activities to help improve the health, well-being and social skills of tenants. With exceptional customer service skills, the Engagement Co-ordinator will have a strong impact amongst frontline staff, acting as a champion and facilitator for the tenants. The successful candidate will play a lead role in the promotion of the engagement opportunities available to the community. Our client is looking for someone who has great communication and organisational skills. You will have the ability to empower residents to achieve goals, be self motivated and can apply imagination and innovation. Experience within a housing or community development environment is not essential, they need people who will thrive in this exciting, interesting role. Due to the nature of this role, this post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check and a full driving licence with access to a car is required.
