    • Partnerships in Care is one of the UK’s leading providers of independent specialist secure and step-down care across the UK.   With hospitals around the country, 30 years of experience in our sector and highly skilled and experienced teams, we help patients and commissioners find the right care pathways without the need for multiple reassessments   Our Head Chef role involves:   * Ensuring that menus are prepared to provide varied, balanced, well presented and nutritious meals in accordance with the patients/residents requirements taking into consideration choice, religious, ethnic and dietary requirements * Ensuring the timely preparation and serving of nutritional meals to all patients/residents, staff and visitors for 365 days * Overseeing  and ensuring that the kitchens and ancillary areas are maintained in accordance with the highest standards of health and hygiene and comply with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements. * Working weekends on a rotational basis * Ensuring staff are scheduled effectively and to oversee the monitoring of staff timekeeping, time off in lieu, sickness and holiday allocation, ensuring the needs of the service are met at all times. * Delivering relevant and appropriate training sessions to staff including delivery of Food Hygiene Awareness, Level 2 Food Safety.
