    • Our immediate requirement is for an Administrator who can provide a single point of contact for the varied admin tasks associated with Head Office functions primarily Finance, HR and Compliance. The main objectives and key responsibilities are listed below:-   Finance administration   * Data processing sales, purchases, cashbook and filing * Support weekly payroll process * Assist with month end process and preparation of monthly management accounts * Assist with IT queries and provide support where possible HR & Quality, Environment, Health & Safety administration   * Raising new starter paperwork and packs * Processing and checking new starter paperwork * Registration and maintenance of employee information on Company database * Maintain HR filing system and personnel records * Liaison with Branch administration * Lead administrator of Company intranet, information, policies and procedures * Monitor of information systems for compliance * Administrate network folder Administrator experience, strong organisation and communication skills are essential, AAT would be advantageous
