Working with high end fashion and retail outlets they are looking to bolster their management team with a candidate who is able to create and maintain an efficient and highly professional helpdesk function.  The Role You will be working for a leading Facilities Management provider as a Reactive Helpdesk Manager. You will be responsible for a wide variety of duties, including managing a busy FM help desk covering multiple sites. The Helpdesk Manager will also be responsible for: • Overall management of the reactive helpdesk operation and employees covering multiple sites. • Oversee reactive completion throughout the month ensuring works have been allocated, completed and closed.   • Monitor the progress of reactive maintenance tasks ensuring all compliance documents are scanned, filed and available on the systems.  • Oversee staff management including appraisals, ongoing training and HR procedures. • Ensure customer service is maintained to the highest level, resolving any escalated queries.  The Helpdesk Manager must have; • Proven experience of managing a Helpdesk Team in a Facilities Management environment. • Ability to communicate at all levels and a professional approach when liaising with clients.  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and CAFM systems, experience of Maximo is highly desirable. • A full UK driving licence.  Helpdesk Managers with experience of working on retail contracts are highly desirable within this position.
