    • JOB DUTIES : Helpdesk Operator Reference: GAM-001444 The Helpdesk Operator shall: - Log calls / jobs on the helpdesk database utilising helpdesk software (IFS). Calls / jobs may be received by telephone, facsimile, email or in person. - Allocate works orders to directly employed maintenance team and / or supply chain. - Track job progress against pre-determined KPI's including maximum allowable response and rectification times and implementing escalation procedures. - Report back to clients and contract staff on job progress and completion - produce reports. - Upload and amend asset information as held in the helpdesk database. - Operate paper and electronic based systems as necessary to compliment the operating software including back-up systems. - General administration duties as and when required. - Provide cover on various sites throughout NI & GB as and when required - Any other duties required to ensure an effective and efficient helpdesk service is delivered OTHER INFO : BENEFITS: - Up to 34 days paid annual leave - Training and Development Opportunities - Excellent Company Pension - Discounted Private Health Care Scheme - Free Life Assurance - 6 times annual salary - Discounted Gym Membership SALARY INFO : £18,000 - £22,000 per annum EQUALITY STATEMENT : None.
