The Role As a Membership Advice Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that a professional service is provided to our customers, securing successful membership engagement. You will coach and support the Membership Advice Team members to equip and empower individuals to perform their role to the highest standard, in line with the Checkatrade values. As well as this you will oversee the work of the team and ensure targets and company objectives are achieved. You will additionally need to ensure that communication is effective, consistent and timely across your team and the wider business, in order to ensure the smooth running of Checkatrade. Working hours will be Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
