The Role As a Membership Retentions Team Leader, you will be responsible for delivering excellent levels of service to our members, maximising member retention levels and driving sales to ensure business growth. You will coach and support all team members to equip and empower individuals to perform their role to the highest standard, in line with the Checkatrade values. As well as this you will oversee the work of the team and ensure targets and company objectives are achieved. You will additionally plan team workload to effectively smooth spikes and lows in retention cycles throughout the year. As part of this role, you will liaise with the Retentions Manager and produce reports relating to retention performance of the business, analysing any changes and shifts within company retention. Working hours will be Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
