    • Job Details 37.5 hours per week (Additional hours as required) As part of the Fire Safety Testing operational team, your main duties & responsibilities will include: To provide dynamic hands-on support to the Fire Resistance and Reaction to Fire Management team to achieve the challenging financial and corporate objectives. This includes ensuring the accuracy of the sales pipeline, monitoring variable costs, providing key focus and support to reduce outstanding aged debt, and DSO – taking a proactive approach to mitigate any variances Support customer service improvement programmes. Work with the Operational team to develop a culture of customer focus, to ensure excellent customer relationships are fostered; promoting listening, responsiveness, innovation, proactive approach and excellent communication Assist the Business Unit Heads to create a sound and robust request for any Capital Expenditure. This will be supported by relevant data, including details of predicted return on investment/business retention, etc. using standard Group format. Actively co-ordinate the month end reporting process, ensuring that LPD, pre-month end checks, month end reporting (Net sales), etc. are all completed in a timely fashion, and within completion guidelines. Support the HSEQ manager and Business Unit Head to ensure that the Quality Control Process is adhered to, enabling the business to maintain and receive all accreditation required to operate commercially. Own and feedback the monthly quality report, and ensure that all quality audits are up to date, with visibility of audits due being communicated. Ensure that full support is provided to the departments regarding health & safety requirements and corporate legislation is adhered to. What Are We Looking For? Good degree in a business or science subject or equivalent Strong, positive and proven leadership ability Good level of written, verbal, and numeracy skills – with a strong attention to detail Experience of effective customer relations Good presentation skills Able to multi-task in a fast paced, complex environment with effective planning and time management skills Who Are We Looking For?
