    • Ashberry Recruitment are looking for an Operative Controller to work for their well respected client based in Morecambe. Job Purpose: To support the day to day running of the busy contact centre, which operates twenty four hours per day, seven days a week utilising Roadside Technicians, Drivers and the Company vehicles to the best of their ability. The role is based on a shift basis with four days on and four days off, with shift patterns being 7:00am to 19:00pm and 12:00pm to 00.00am. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities include: * Report to the Company premises as required by the schedule of work issued by the Operations Manager or their delegates * Complete appropriate daily logs, worksheets and other records, (daily) as required * Answering phones, deploying jobs and update customers/suppliers * Comply with Company/Clients procedures to meet Service Level Agreements * Report to the Manager all faults or other physical defects affecting the Operation/office/equipment * Report to the Manager all events that may affect their status as a Controller * Carry out other duties which may be associated with their position, which are within their capabilities and competence and are normally carried out in the course of the Company's business Key Skills required include: * Proficiency in using the varying computer systems as required * Good customer care * Ability to be organised * Reliable, dependable and loyal * Good interpersonal skills, works well with others, motivates and encourages
