My client is currently looking to hire a part-time Customer Support Consultant to join their Customer Success team to cover maternity leave for around 6 months. This is a role for 3 full days per week, working 09:00 to 17:30 on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. You'll take calls and emails from customers using their products and services, ensuring all software, data and training issues are recorded, investigated, resolved and communicated in a professional manner within agreed timelines. You'll need to have a great telephone manner, plus previous experience of telephone-based customer support, ideally within a business-to-business environment. You must be able to follow processes and perform tasks in a structured well thought-out manner and you'll also need good problem solving skills. Full training will be provided, but you'll need to have a high level of IT literacy, with the ability to learn new software applications quickly and explain them to others. Previous experience in a software support role is highly desirable. In return, my client can offer an interesting and challenging role within a flexible and collaborative work environment.
