Do you enjoy working at a fast pace and like a bit pressure to get the job done? Then we have the role for you, working with our busy team in Bath, you will provide support to our tenants and landlords arranging reactive repairs and negotiating tenant deposit releases. What your role will be You will work closely with contractors and landlords to ensure that repairs are undertaken in a timely and effective manner. You will also follow this up by ensuring all systems and records accurately represent the actions taken. You will work closely with our tenants and landlords to handle the release of the deposits. This is a fixed term role expected to last for 3 months. Your background You will have experience working within a customer service driven environment, with effective interpersonal and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ideally you will have experience of working in a role with a strong administrative focus. You will join a busy department and as such you will need to work successfully under pressure. Being able to act on your own initiative with limited instruction or direction is beneficial. Good IT skills and problem solving ability are essential.
