    • Job Title: Receptionist Location: Harley Street Salary: Up to £22,000 dependent upon experience *Please note the first 6 months will be at the Northwood Clinic* We have a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist to join our Client, one of Europe's leading cosmetic dermatology clinics. We are looking for this Receptionist to be a highly motivated, like-minded individual to be part of the journey as the company grow. As the Receptionist, you will be working closely with the team and will be expected to ensure that customers are given the best in class service and experience. You will be the first point of contact for existing and new patients and will need to liaise with several people both within and outside the organisation whilst delivering a branded customer experience. The Role and Responsibilities: * To be the first point of contact for Patients and Practitioners * Be involved with all inbound and outbound contact for all patients, ensuring all data is captured correctly and accurate information is entered into our systems. * Handle 'difficult or challenging' customer conversations. * Take the initiative and develop solutions to challenges. * Be receptive to on-going coaching and developmental feedback and be prepared to adapt/change accordingly. * Have a good level of understanding technical or practical concepts. * Manage patient queries and complaints efficiently. * Assist Clinical team in day to day functioning. * Supporting and working in a team. * Be organised and maintain a calendar. * Make beverages for patients when required. * Ensuring service centre targets are met Essential Skills * Excellent telephone manners and customer service skills. * Strong customer service focus over the various communication channels. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Dedicated to resolving problems and challenging situations. * Ensure that communication via e-mail and text message is timely and accurate. * Strong administration skills. * Ability to remain calm under pressure and to be able to maintain polite attitude when handling phone calls or dealing with patients face to face. * Attention to details. * Excellent verbal and written communication. * Ability to be flexible with working hours shifts between sites. * Ideally you will have strong experience in a customer facing position. The offices are open Monday to Saturday 9am to 5:30pm. You will work primarily Monday to Friday and then every other Saturday. When you do work a Saturday, you will get a mid-week day off in return so that you will never work more than 5 out of 7 days. You may occasionally be asked to support in the Northwood Office.
