Receptionist/Administrator - Bank Hours £9.00 per hour Wellington Vale is a brand new luxury Residential/Dementia care home that has recently opened in Waterlooville. We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to cover for holidays, sickness and peak times, this will include some weekend working (9am-5.30pm). Flexibility is required for this role. We are looking to recruit a dedicated and professional Receptionist/Administrator. You will be the first point of contact within the home, ensuring that professional high quality customer care is delivered in a consistent way. We are looking for someone to welcome and greet visitors to the home in a professional and courteous way. Your duties will include answering the telephone and responding to enquiries at reception, re-directing calls to relevant staff, making drinks and providing Admin support to the Home Administrator. Essential to the role are PC skills including a good knowledge of Excel and Outlook, as you will assist the Administrator with data entry support and administrative tasks.
