We are currently seeking a Regional Manager to lead on the development and delivery of the Development Strategy in the Trent Valley region. We’re seeking an inspiring leader who wants to play a part in defending wildlife, restoring landscapes and inspiring people in Derbyshire. Do you have the energy and passion, leadership skills and knowledge to transform the Trent Valley into a thriving haven for wildlife? You’ll lead on developing partnerships, projects and programmes which develop our Living Landscapes and promote confident, pro-active local support and engagement, secure resources and funds for the delivery of strategic priorities and oversee the implementation and coordination of estate and reserves management. This is a key role to support the success of an exciting phase of our Strategic Delivery Plan. You’ll be given the opportunity to build and develop your team and lead on the delivery strategy and plan for the Trent Valley Living Landscape with the support of a skilled, knowledgeable and enthusiastic wider team. The successful candidate will have a multi-disciplinary background and a mix of experience that could include landscape scale conservation including large scale wetlands and rivers, land and estates management, habitat creation and restoration, nature learning and play, volunteering and access and recreation to develop and drive forward our vision in the Trent Valley. You should also have experience of developing and managing teams with diverse work programmes and large grant bid making along with experience of establishing and leading strong partnerships with other organisations.
