Resourcing and Recruitment Specialist Role The Resourcing and Recruitment Specialist role is a key role in our business and we want people who are enthusiastic and driven to deliver for both our candidates and clients. It’s a busy recruitment role involving lots of separate tasks which include; writing job adverts, posting job adverts, conducting telephone interviews, searching CV databases for candidates, creating new customer accounts, organising interviews, general administration tasks and using our ATS system. Skills, Experience & Attitude Required To be successful as a Resourcing and Recruitment Specialist you will be organised and customer focused but the skills below are required along with these: * Proven resourcing and recruitment experience * Excellent administration Skills * Ability to multi task and manage conflicting priorities * Previous experience of using Word, Excel, Outlook * Excellent telephone, face to face and written communication skills Hours and Location We are seeking people to work on a flexible basis. The hours may change each week depending on the demands of our clients and can be between 8am and 8pm. From one week it could be 20 hours and then next 5 hours to meet the needs of our clients. We envisage that on average it will be c10 hours though this cannot be guaranteed. This role will be home-based with some requirement to attend our offices in Winchester; particularly for the induction and periodic meetings.
