Sales Manager - Telecoms / Hardware / Brokerage - EMEA Our client has been established for over two decades and has grown into a multi-national organisation specialising in New and Used Equipment / Hardware within the Telco and Distribution Verticals. We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager or Sales Director with Exceptional Sales, Strategy and People Management Skills from the Telco or potentially IT Hardware Industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the most successful and most established Telco Brokerage/Re-seller organisations in the EMEA territory and work alongside some of the most talented and best sales individuals across the UK and Europe. You will Implement Plans, KPI's, Targets, Strategy and Streamline existing Sales Processes reporting directly to the MD. The opportunity will allow you to a have hands on approach and develop / grow the existing sales force resulting in better efficiency, culture, environment and increasing revenue throughout our clients multiple offices. Location: Commutable to the Bristol Area. Essential Skills: Hardware / Re-Seller Experience - Telco / IT Vertical Exceptional Product Knowledge with Telco Systems and Integration Personable and Encouraging Approach with Sales Staff and Leadership Able to Implement Strategy, KPI's, Direction and Sales Management Capable of Managing a Sales Force and Bringing in New Business Happy to Travel as and When Required throughout the EMEA Regions Good Understanding of Distribution Channels Able to Provide Continuous Development and Improvements Extremely Organised, Forward Thinking and Pro-Active Passionate about the Telco and IT sector Good Knowledge / Experience within the EMEA Regions (Languages Beneficial) Able to Increase Sales Performance and Efficiency with an Existing Sales Force Able to Adapt and Discipline a Dynamic and Multi-Cultural Sales Force Role Overview You will need outstanding sales and management skills. The ideal candidate will have an existing C-level network / database of high level distribution / Brokerage Channel partners, in addition, you will have exceptional technical knowledge and be able to demonstrate a track record of hunting new accounts for an IT/Telco company. You will further be able to explain competence in key areas of management expertise including: conflict management, staff direction and motivation, financial planning, budgeting and the achievement of targets. You will be based out of the Bristol Branch but must be prepared to travel across Europe, The Middle East and Africa as and when required. Salary & Package Our client will offer a guideline salary between £50,000 - £60,000 - (Flexible for outstanding applicants) Realistic OTE in your first year will reach circa £80,000 - £90,000.
