This well established Gastro Pub which is part of a successful restaurant group is seeking the talents of an experienced Sous Chef to join its stable brigade. Only the finest, carefully sourced ingredients are used to create fresh seasonal British cuisine and everything is prepared fresh onsite. You must have experience within high volume, fine dining restaurants to be considered for this role. * Sous chef * £29,000 per annum * 7 shifts per week * Modern British cuisine * Immediate start available This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Junior Sous Chef looking for their next step in their career. You will be working under a highly experienced Head Chef who is from a fine dining background. As Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the head chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen as well as be involved in the training and development of the junior chefs in the brigade. An excellent salary of £29,000 per annum is available for the right Sous Chef. Unfortunately, due to the large volume of applications we receive, we can only respond to successful applicants.
