    • About the role Assisting the Stock Appraisal Officer (Void Disposal and Land Enhancement) in providing operational support to the Property Investment Manager identifying and disposing of assets to generate income in accordance with the Group’s business plan targets for the provision of more homes. To support the Stock Appraisal Officer in the disposal of assets and land holdings and ensure that disposal activities are fully compliant with all relevant financial, legal and regulatory frameworks, including the HCA and Local Authorities. Assisting with the coordination of land and property sales, including the collation of data preparation of legal packs, liaising with a pool of internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a high level of professionalism in all undertakings. Assist the Stock Appraisal Officer and Property Investment Manager with the preparation of reports and information for various panels, board and committees. Contributing and maintaining accurate operational and financial records Financial Regulations and Standing Orders To support the Options Appraisal Team in delivering a high quality, efficient, customer focussed professional asset management service About you This is an exciting time to be part of a forward thinking, strategic asset management team and the Coordinator will have an important role in assisting the Officer with land and property disposals. You will have excellent organizational, administrative and communication skills, together with an ability to deliver high standards of customer service. Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal and an understanding of the importance of customer focussed service delivery are essential. The ability to build professional relationships and maintaining existing customer relationships is essential in the Coordinator's role. You will have demonstrable experience in making effective use of computer based systems. Have knowledge and understanding of housing services and the work of RSLs with a general understanding of current Landlord Health & Safety legislation. Being resilient to deadline pressures and able to balance competing demands to meet fixed deadlines. Have the drive to meet challenges and targets without disregarding professionalism. Able to maintain professional dignity at all times when challenged and build strong professional relationships with peers and external stakeholders.
