    • Milton Keynes College are looking for an Administrator to join the team to support the busy CopyShop and other business support functions.

      The Support Administrator role will be based within the CopyShop and will support all departments across the College with a variety of Reprographics tasks, including; photocopying, binding, laminating and stapling. The position will require the Support Administrator to be adaptable and able to provide a high level of service across the Facilities department, Learning Resources Centre and IT Services. As the Support Administrator you will effectively manage and maintain levels of resources across the College. The Support Administrator will also maintain an effective electronic administration system and run reports, therefore attention to detail will be an essential requirement.

      The CopyShop is based at our Chaffron Way Campus providing a high quality service to all 3 campuses (including Bletchley Campus and Silbury Campus). The Support Administrator will be working alongside a Reprographics Technician and therefore the ability to work well alone and as part of a close team will be beneficial.

      As the successful candidate for the position of Support Administrator, you will possess the following essential knowledge, skills and experience;

      • Educated to at least Level 2 standard (GCSE or equivalent)
      • Have good IT skills, and be familiar with Microsoft Office
      • Be flexible and prepared to help out in other areas of the department, including Facilities, Learning Resource Centre's and IT Services
      • Accuracy and precision in task completion
      • Have excellent customer service skills
      • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
      • Hold a valid driving licence with access to own insured vehicle to enable travel between sites

      Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum

      (Monday - Friday, shifts will vary between the hours of 8am-6.30pm)

      Salary: £14,618 - £16,913 per annum

      Location: Multi-Site, Milton Keynes
