Technical Relationship Manager - Managed Cloud, Datacentre and Voice Services London, CityPurpose of Position:The Technical Relationship Manager is responsible for managing an Enterprise level clients managed service technical relationship to provide advice to complex clients. This role will be dedicated to one Major Strategic client account. Functions include a broad horizontal skill set and core competencies in relevant technology, dependent on client requirements. In addition to experience in a technical role, competency in areas such as business leadership, management, relationship building, and client interaction are required. This position must be available as an advisory role for critical client issues. The role will not be responsible for any hands-on device support. Position Summary:
Provide an extension of the client's technical team, representing the client the hosted service provider and vice versa.
Build effective relationships at all levels: including operational, technical and senior management
Be able to talk to management in a non- technical manor, whilst being able to talk to technicians in a technical manner.
Make proactive recommendations to clients for service optimization and enhancement (helping clients to do more with less'). Take the lead in client solution development workshops as needed.
