    • Community Nursing Band 3 Healthcare Assistant – 15 hours permanent post with the Evening Nursing Service If you are a healthcare assistant with NVQ Level 3 or evidence of working towards it and would like to deliver high quality care to people in their own homes and in care homes and you work well as part of a team but can also work alone using initiative, then this may be the job for you. We are looking for a healthcare assistant with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who can work effectively with patients, carers and professional colleagues. You will need to be adaptable, reliable and be able to work flexibly, in addition to being competent in a variety of clinical skills. On appointment to the Trust you will be employed on a 12 week probationary contract, during which time you will be required to successfully complete the Care Certificate Training Plan. At the end of the 12 week probationary period you will be informed at your final review meeting if you have successfully completed the Care Certificate, this will be confirmed with you in writing. On successful completion you will be transferred onto a permanent contract with the Trust. If these posts receive a high number of applicants, we may close the job advertisement early.
