We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and talented teacher to join our Performing Arts team at Harlow College.

Working in a vibrant and positive learning environment, you will play a key role in working with members of the team to deliver, carry out assessments and develop the learner experience to enable learners and apprentices to achieve their learning goals, in accordance with the College’s values and ethos.
We are looking for someone who:
Has a degree or equivalent and relevant teaching and assessing qualifications (or the ability to obtain them), OR a minimum of a Level 3 in Performing Arts and relevant experience.
Has a level 2 or equivalent English and Maths qualification
Has curriculum knowledge and / or industrial experience in the relevant area
Has a flair for motivating and engaging learners
The successful candidate can expect the College to fund any training required for the role, expect investment in their personal and professional development as well as an excellent benefits package including 42 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part time)
