Your role We are currently seeking a Yard Customer Assistant to work with us. You will need to: Provide high levels of customer service Guide and advise customers on products Ensure that each customer gets the solution they need Drive a forklift to help pick orders and aid customers with loading their vehicles when required Maintain stock levels and stock presentation of the branch You To be successful in this position you will need to prove that you have the Ridgeons ‘Edge’ that puts us ahead of the competition. We aim to push ourselves harder for our customers and we seek to recruit people who share this drive. To be shortlisted for the role you will need to: Put yourself in the customers shoes Be willing to challenge yourself every day Show a ‘do it today’ attitude with an action orientated outlook Take ownership of problems to find solutions Be a great team player A full UK Driving License is essential.
